INITIATION
We start with collecting requirements from the stakeholder by understanding their unique needs and wants. Then, assessing the property’s of investment to provide our clients with expert opinion to maximize investment in accordance with local regulations and Ontario Building Code.
PLANNING

Because it is all about anticipating what is coming and properly plan for it, our expertise will help with setting up various management plans which will set the standard thought the life cycle of a project. A proper management plan; include, stakeholders management plan, risk management plan, communication management plan, scope management plan, change management plan, cost management plan, schedule management plan, and last but not least a proper quality management plan.
EXCUTION
During the pre-construction stage, we work closely with the design team to facilitate constructability and material selection feedback for an effective and optimized design. We will drive the process of developing plans and specifications in order to obtain the required permits from local authorities. Our team will work closely with the design team to provide you with options during design and material selection process.
At construction stage, coordinating the construction activities to make sure you are getting the quality you are looking for on time and budget. Our site supervision team will continue working on monitoring quality and safety on site at all time.
MONETORING AND CONTROLING
We will ensure adhering to the management plans previously set. Our processes will ensure continuous monitoring and controlling of schedule, quality, and budge at all time thought the life cycle of a project.
CLOSING
Obtaining final approval from local authorities and facilitate final occupancy to our clients.
We will provide proper close out documentation for the client and facility training where needed.
